Shipping & Delivery

How is the artwork packaged for transport?

Small structural collages on panel and mid-sized studio works are flat-packed with heavy-duty industrial moisture barriers and impact-resistant protective corners. Larger canvases are custom-crated to protect physical surface texture during transit.

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?

Studio shipments are dispatched twice per month to accommodate custom crating and white-glove transport prep. Please expect 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for your artwork to arrive safely at your door. Tracking and insurance details are sent directly to your email as soon as the package leaves the studio.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to private collectors worldwide. International shipments are custom-quoted and fully insured. Please note that international import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are the responsibility of the collector upon arrival.

Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?

We offer a 10-Day Collector Approval Period. If an artwork does not fit your space as anticipated, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Who pays for return shipping?

 

The collector is responsible for all return shipping costs, including carrier insurance for the full retail value of the artwork.Returns must arrive back at the studio undamaged and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

What happens if a piece arrives damaged?

All studio shipments are fully insured in transit. In the rare event of damage during transport, please take photographs of the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork immediately and contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery so we can process the insurance claim and make it right.

Framing & Commissions

Do the pieces come framed?

Unless explicitly stated in the product description, works on panel and canvas are shipped unframed. Panels and heavy-textured works are built to be displayed as clean studio edges or installed into modern floater frames. We are happy to provide specific framing recommendations for your piece upon request.

Are you available for custom commissions?

Yes. A limited number of custom commission slots are opened each year for private residences, commercial spaces, and architectural projects. Commission inquiries can be sent directly via the studio contact form or through Instagram DM.
