Description
AE3001 marks a return to the instinctive and expressive foundations of Zach Touchon's artistic practice. Rooted in Abstract Expressionism, the work embraces spontaneity, emotion, and the freedom of allowing a composition to reveal itself through the creative process.
Layers of warm ivory, deep black, earthy rust, and rich burgundy interact through gestural brushwork, textured surfaces, and spontaneous markings. Each movement becomes part of an evolving dialogue between intention and chance.
At its core, AE3001 is an exploration of letting go—releasing control, trusting intuition, and allowing the painting to become what it wants to be.
Raw, organic, and deeply personal, the work celebrates the beauty of imperfection and the freedom found in artistic expression.
